Values entered into the diagnostic and calculation tools are processed in your browser. This release does not send those field values to a ToolboxHVAC application server. The service worker may store the application shell in your browser cache so the tool can continue to work offline.
The site may be delivered through Cloudflare or another hosting/network provider. Those providers can process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, requested URL, routing information, device/browser information, and security signals as part of delivering and protecting the site. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy documentation.
ToolboxHVAC v0.8.11 does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include a third-party analytics script in the application source. If analytics, accounts, or advertising are added later, this policy must be updated before those features are deployed.
The contact form is the one place this site sends anything you type to a third party. Submitting it transmits the fields you fill in — including an email address if you choose to give one — to Formspree, the form processor that delivers the message, which also receives ordinary request metadata such as your IP address. No Formspree script runs on the page; nothing is transmitted unless you press Send. Do not put information in the form that you do not want handled by that processor, and consult Formspree's own privacy terms for how they handle it. Everything else on this site — the diagnostics, the calculators, the fault-code lookup — is processed entirely in your browser and is not transmitted anywhere.
